If there is one most deadly workplace sin, that would be envy. Not only does a person’s envy pull other people’s growth downward, it also hinders that person’s upward career mobility.

While it is oftentimes manageable, battling envy in the work place is no easy job. Usually, it starts within oneself. You have to know the roots of your envy.
